Boricua - good luck with the last bding before the 2ww.

I've got only a few more days until test day. There is nothing very unusual today. I keep looking for those bumps jaemi got. No luck. Sad i'm just bloated with tender bb's. I have some light cramping this morning and a little back ache. I'm probably a bit moody also, but I haven't been up long enough to notice.

Jaemi - I decided to test on monday. It's a holiday here so it won't be one of those test and then go to work things.

I totally got the tears a few hours ago. I turned on cnn and saw that story about the boy who was kidnapped four years ago and just found alive. I completely lost it. Could you imagine how you'd feel if you get a phone call saying that your son who was missing for 4 years was found alive and healthy?

Btw, i'm still shy about posting pictures.

I've been ttc since september. So now i'm starting my 6th month.

I've now had cycles of 29, 24, 28, 29, 24. I'm detecting a pattern. The only hpt test i've taken was on the first cd 29. It was negative and I started af in the early afternoon. I started overnight on the second 29 day cycle, so I didn't have a chance to test. I suspect that the second cd 29 month, I might have had a problem with implantation. Af was more than 14 days from the o date, I had bad cramps from cd 22 to cd 26 and then no cramps until af. That is something I need to bring up with my doctor.

Shorty - so sorry to hear that your af showed up. Here's some good news though, your past that 6 mth hurdle, and try #7 was my lucky month, so here's to this next time being your lucky lucky lucky month and getting your bfp!!!!!!!
Let us know how your doctor's app't goes. At least your af's are somewhat regular!!! Good luck girl!

Mg - how are you doing? You still waiting to test? Baby dust to you Wink

Boricua - that does sound strange. Did you try to check it multiple times? When I first started taking my temp, it was in the 96's. Then I read the directions. There is a "hot spot" in your mouth where you are supposed to stick the thermometer every time you take your temp. If you don't take it in the "hot spot" then your temp could measure significantly lower. I forget how much lower, but mine became more consistent and were in the mid 97's when I started measuring in the hot spot.

Jaemi - thanks. I still have month 6 ahead of me before I get past the 6 month barrier, but i'm crossing my fingers. I do realize that i'm lucky that my cycles are relatively short and that the short ones are due to an early o date. I can't wait until my lucky month. This month i'm going to try to exercise more (but be careful about intensity) and eat better. I'm pretty close to giving up caffeine. I've weened myself down to a little in the morning.

Sorry about af shortgeek....That is always such a bummer.
Well, I went to the psychic today and she didn't think I would be pregnant until summer..... So that kind of sucks since it will be like a year and a half of ttc. But hopefully she was slightly off and I am going to deliver in the summer, september is summer right?? But I would have to be pregnant this month... I haven't had any spotting yet but I still have 4-5 days until af, so there is plenty of time for it. She said that sometimes god has a different plan and maybe he wants me to do something career wise or for us to take some trips first. I don't know. But she was right on with like everything else, I could see me taking a break a couple months if clomid doesn't work for 4 months in a row. Or I will need some more testing and that would puch me back some. Sigh.....
I shouldn't get too down though from it, it is supposed to be fun!
Good luck to everyone startting there 2ww!!!!!!

I'm doing good jae. I am still waiting for ff to confirm my o date. I really think I might have today. I think the ovulex made me actually able to feel an ovulation pain, something I have never felt before in my life. If it's not my month this month, I will def be buying it again.

Shorty - good for you to start and keep up with some good eating and exercising habits to get ready for baby!!!!! I really hope to hear from you this next time around that you got your bfp!!!!!!!

Mg - here's to a good o cycle and no af coming!!!!! I've been able to "feel" those o pains for a long time now......They're weird aren't they?! Hmmmm, maybe the ovulex worked on you too and you'll be seeing a bfp in about 2 weeks?!!!!!? You'll have to keep me posted ok?!

I've been feeling pretty nauseated this past week. It comes and goes in waves, but today has been the worst by far. I was try to grocery shop and had to run into the washroom only to hover over the sink for about 5 minutes and pray for the ill feeling to go away Embarassed
not a good idea to go to the grocery store and choose your meat for dinner when you are not feeling good to begin with!!!!!!!!

Jae-i might have started my 2ww today but ff has not confirmed my o date. I am pretty sure that I o'd or am about to o today. We shall see in the coming days. I am currently on cd 15 which was my o date last month. Maybe my cycle is finally getting back to normal. I have kinda calmed down about everything too. My time will come when god thinks i'm ready. Hopefully, it's sooner rather than later though.

Hey mg - once you've posted 3 days (i think that's what it is) of "higher" temps than usual, ff should detect your o date and chart it on your graph!! I will be prayin' for ya girl!!!!!! You deserve your bfp......All of you do, so i'll be doin' my baby dances for everyone!
I need more people to join me on the "preggo" side and feel this nasty icky feeling, ok...Not that didn't come out right, but you know what I mean!!!! Lol! Let me know how your chart turns out ok? Oh, do you have your ff link somewhere in here? I think you sent it once again already, but I don't know what post it's under?!

Jaemi - thanks for the sentiment. I would prefer to have morning sickness than to be trying to get pregnant still.

I can't wait to have a little baby that is part me and part hubby, but i'm not looking forward to actually being pregnant. I think i'll love the anticipation and picking out baby outfits and furniture and decor. I saw a "baby's first chrstmas" bib at the store about a week ago for 70% off. It took a lot of strength not to buy it. But i'm definitely not looking forward to the morning sickness, the gaining weight, and the anxiety that something could be wrong.

Mg - I hope you get a definite o date from ff soon.

Tululabell - that is very strange for the psychic to say that it will take so long. I thought that psychics usually like to frame their predictions in a way that makes people feel better. I do know about an instance when a friend got a negative prediction from a psychic, but I think the psychic did it because she was offended (long story).

Hey shorty - it will happen for you and it will be an amazing experience!!!!! I really want to enjoy every part of this pregnancy, but it's tough right now, b/c my body has changed so much so fast, that i'm really depressed right now about this weight gain and bloating......It's awful. I finally got in to see the doctor today and he is sending me for an u/s to get down my dates. I go for my first (really early!) u/s on jan.24th, so I am very excited to see my little tiny baby in my belly!!!!! I think that's when it'll really hit home for me!!!!!!! I have to go back to the doc's next week as well for my 1st pre-natal full exam, and then he'll be referring me to an obgyn!

I went and had all my bloodwaork done today too, so I can find out the results next week when I go back to the doc's!!!!!!

How are things with you?

Jae, I can't wait to see a pic of your tiny baby! I am so happy for you! Hopefully, I will be there with you soon. I just got through babysitting my two nephews. One is 3 and the other one is ten months. They are def a handful and a half but so very cute. They make me remember very often why I am ready for my own baby.

Neices and nephews are great. Brothers and sisters are great for figuring out ideas on parenting, too. You can see what they have success with and what they don't.

My doctor appointment is now set for january 29. That should be after my next o date and it will be a consult only with the ob/gyn. I talked to the insurance company again, and this time the person was nicer. She said that I could go to an ob/gyn before february, and if I really needed to, I could call about seeing my pcp. So I figured I would just do the consult. Since i'm so close to the six month barrier, I will most likely schedule another visit a few weeks later anyway. My husband will come with me so we can make sure we cover all the bases and can move on from there. Our insurance also covers genetic counseling. We'll find out at the consult if the doctor recommends it.

That 's so exciting that you're so close to the ultrasound. How big will the baby be? And how developed? I'm sure there will be a heartbeatand a head and body, but I wonder if you'll be able to see arms and legs yet. That's so exciting. It's good you get that in before your business trip. That's coming up too, right?
