Q: Cant Think of Any Names

Hey my name is chantal and I am 10 weeks pregnant and my bf and I cant agree on any names lol. Mind you I still have lots of time but I want a name thats unique and no too common.

For a girl my bf likes claire and serenity and brooke
i like peyton, paige, tattom (i dont know if thats spelled right) and thats all I can think of.

For a boy my bf doesnt have any ideas but hates all mine.
I like wyatt, cameron, holden and thats all I can think of.

So if anybody has more unique names I would appreciate if. Thanks

You could go onto a website and look at them together. Some sites have the names origin and meaning. It is really cool. Once you know if you are having a boy or a girl you can narrow the search down. A bookstore will have baby name books.
You do have a lot of time, but it gave me peace of mind to have the name picked.

I like these 2 names for girls....

1. Ireland
2. Brooklyn

i think they are cute, obviously geographic, lol, but pretty names!!

I'm in the same boat for a boys name, I love preston, but my bf thinks he'll get made fun of in school!!!

all those names are really common, at least here in the us they are. Peyton and tatum are boys names, not girls names.

not necessarily anymore. I went to school with a girl named peyton and a boy named stacy, yep that's right, a boy named stacy.

i've never heard of a boy named tatum but i've heard of many girls. To me peyton is a girl's name too.

that's because stacy is a boy name, yep, that's right, a boy name. Stacy was a boy name long before it was a girl name. It originally came from the male name eustace.

Same with lindsay, lynn, hilary, morgan, jordan, and raegan.

hmm...I did not know that. Guess that just goes to show how the norms change over the years. I was in a restaurant the other night, and there was a little girl with the name tyler.

My kids are brooke, emily and brandon. I like them all. Wanted trevor for a boy but wife nixed that quickly.

yeah, it sucks. Ryan, charlie, and george are even being used on girls now. Shocked some more that I forgot about that also started off as boy names are meredith, evelyn, and jocelyn.

one of our girls on the preggy boards named her daughter .Kaylee .Ryan Wink beautiful little girl!
