After 7 years of abstinence, I had a sexual encounter. We used condoms for vaginal sex, but not for oral sex. Within 24 hours, I have a severe sore throat. (he did not ejaculate in my mouth) will signs of gonnorhea of the throat show that quickly after an encounter?


I am taking keflex (500mg/bid) for something entirely different will this clear it up if gonnorhea is the problem?

This was not a planned encounter, I am not on any birth control, I know condoms do break, so I did take the morning after pill as well. Is there anything else I need to concern myself with regarding std's or anything else? This is not my usual behavior as it was a one night stand with someone I really don't know. How soon can I get tested for hiv or std's...My encounter was jan. 3, 2007?

Please help asap, I am scared and can't sleep from anxiety over all this.
