.I don't think it is an issue. .They are both consenting adults and it is not like she is 17 or 18. .She is fully capable of making her own decisions and is really no ones business but theirs.

I don't think there's any way for you to know what will happen in advance. If she doesn't actually dislike him, then maybe she could grow to love and accept him. It'll just take time to see for sure.
