Looking For Some Friendly Advice
Posted: 08-24-03 21:32pm

Hi everyone!

My last period started june 15th. My pds always are like clockwork same time every month. Except now it's august 24th and no pd. I have had consistent white discharge, some cramps here and there and heartburn at nights and lots of gasy feelings (sorry). I've taken hpts every week or so since I missed and all negative. No great stress going on or anything like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks :d

Being late is nothing to worry about. I have been over a month late but then my period came. If the tests say negative then your ok for now. So dont worry. You might want to see your doctor about the white discharge though. The gas might just be a little sign that your period is coming! The cramps too. I get that about 1-2 weeks before my period, thats how I know its coming even if im a little late. Good luck!

You are very welcome! I hope you are not pregnant. I dont know if you use b/c but please use the pill or condoms. A 10 minute trip to the store for a condom is better that a lifetime with a little one when its too soon! Good luck!

Actually, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. Nothing in the world would make us happier than to bring a beautiful new life into the world.

But thank you for your well meaning response.

White discharge does not necessarily mean an std. White discharge may be a sign that you are going through ovulation or many woman experience a white discharge throughout pregnancy

My last period was on june 17th. I am also as regular as clockwork. I missed my period in july and immediately took a pg test. I was 2 days late at the time. It was a bright positive!! I am now ten weeks pregnant with my second child.
I would say that if you've been taking pg tests every week for the past couple of months, that you're not pregnant. But if you don't start soon, I would call your doctor. The white discharge can be a sign of infection (not necessarily an std). I would check it out. You want to be cautious with your body, especially if you're trying to get pregnant. Good luck! :d
