Just want to update on my last doctors
appointment
im almost 34 weeks now and at my last
appointment I actually .Lost a pound?!
Crazy... And truuuuusttt me, I eat
enough!
Annndd ya! Thats all really lol, but I
had a contraction the other day, and it
lasted about a minute, and it was painful,
I was moaning and I had to sit down... I
was like kind of scared that I was going
to go into preterm labor.
I called my doc and he told me that
braxton hicks contractions are not
supposed to hurt like that, and he was
confused that I had that. I didnt have
them in a pattern though, it was just the
one. I hope the baby is alright! I want
him to stay in there as long as possible
so he's healthy!

Quite a few ladies have the odd painful
contraction in the last few weeks - it's
your body practising.
So long as they aren't regular and don't
get closer together, then you should be
fine.
