Today I was masturbating and after I found
a lump on the right side part of my shaft.
It's a bit sore if I touch it but I can
move my skin and the lump would follow it
as if it was attached to it or something.
Is this any kind of desease or will it go
away in a couple of days?

What your describing is kinda like what I
have. Is it like a red pimple you would
find on your face? They don't really hurt
unless you touch them, or pop them? After
they heal it sometimes creates a hard
ball under my skin!

I forgot to add that when I get a bonner
the bump becomes huge it looks like a
creature is under my skin and a little
barley noticable one appears right across
from it on the left side. Is there
anyway to remove this bump? Will it go
away normally? Its really freaky and I
dont know what to do please help.

I haven't had one of these pimple like
things in like 1, or two months. This is
what I found about this.
It's possible for boys and men to have
pimple-like growths on their penises.
Some guys experience bumps called "penile
papules" on their penises, which are
normal growths that appear around the base
of hair follicles. They may look "pearly"
— whitish in color.
Another fairly common condition is an
infection of the sebaceous (oil-producing)
glands. These growths can also look a lot
like pimples.
Both conditions are not unusual. And it's
very easy to clear up these bumps with
antibiotics. So, it's a good idea to
visit a clinician for an evaluation and
treatment, if needed.
The seconed option is the best answer for
me, I think. Read about sebaceous cysts.
I'm also scared about this! I posted my
problem in yahoo answers, and all of them
say I have herpes. I looked at pics of
the herpes infection, and my growth looks
nothing like it! Someone said I might
have genital warts, but I dont have any
warts! I dont have blisters, nor ulcers.
I have a pimple on me penis! I conducted
an experiment on this subject.
I have these penile postules, I decided to
sqeeze the inner content(white head).
Then it started to swell up. Guess what?
It took the shape of a pimple. With that
being said, that truly tells me that this
cant be caused by an std. I think the
postules came first, then I had an acne
outbreak of two pimples. This pimple like
thing must be coming from these clogged
postules that are being infected! I'm
still gonna have to call my doctor, just
to make sure!

I agree, I have the same thing that you
have and I noticed it today WHILE I was
masterbating. Did you happen to find out
what it might be. I need some peace of
mind as to know weather I should be
worried or not. Its about the size of my
thumb. it is also squishy and wont move
around, it seems to be pretty attached
where it is.
