Sometimes I develope these pimple like sores on my penis shaft. They look, and feel like pimples(hared and red). They are not blisters, or ulcers of any kind. When they fisrt appear they look like a small red raised bump. Then a coulpe more days down the road they get bigger. Even bigger when having an erection. When I pop them blood/puss come out of them. Note they dont turn into ulcers, they just scab over when popped. When they do heal, they turn into a hard ball under the foreskin. I'm guessing they are cysts. They look like white balls, and you can move them slightly. They dont all the time turn into cysts. One time it took a year for two cysts to disappear. One other thing, I do have penile popules, and they started appearing right when I started getting these pimples. When I do pop the penile popules long white heads come out of them, then they turn into one of those pimples. I did have unprotected sex one time(very stupid, and I regret it!). I dont have any burning sensation when urinating, nor do I have any discharge. Usually these pimples form on top of the pearly penile popules.
