(1.)my nipples go inward I think & when i'm cold they stick out. (2.) is this normal??? (3.) but i'm confused because i'm not sure if I have inward nipples or outward nipples. (4.) how can I tell???

Perfectly normal. You're supposed to have both. Nipples aren't like belly buttons, they're more like penises. They can get hard when cold (or stimulated) and soft/flat when they're not.
