Q: Blood Spot On Arm

I have what looks like a blood blister on my arm. It was very raised like a mole so I popped it with a needle and it was full of blood. It's gone down quite a bit but it's still there. Any ideas on what it may be and what I should do about it?

Sounds like a cystic tumor enclosed in a membrane--a little too close to the surface.

Nothing too serious because it doesn't sound malignant, but a check-up would be good.
