What could I take to calm me down before going to go get a pap smear done??? That I can buy in the store???

Just chill out you've had 5 already.
You're working yourself up over nothing.
Just breathe and relax.

If you are really that terrified go and speak to your doctor first and see if s/he will prescribe some medication for you first.
