I am 33 and have had that happening to me since I was about 20 yrs old. Mine was/is also clear, sometimes white, and only when squeezed. Not really sure what it is but when I asked the doctor about it he said that it is nothing to be worried about unless it is greenish or brown/bloody. Since I have had it for about 13 years I guess I can't tell you that it will go away. But I can tell you that I don't think it is anything to worry about. If you still feel uncomfortable about it you can check with a doctor to ease your mind. Also, if it changes to a color other than white/clear you should seek medical attention.
