Q: Appendicitis Costs?

I have been having these pains in the lower right part of my stomuch with all the symptoms of appendicitis for a month. Can anyone please tell me about the costs involved in the tests and the surgery if it happens to be appendicitis. I am new to us and have no health insurance; so I am worried sick! I don't even have a doctor here yet.

Well in pennsylvania the total cost is about 5000.00 for the ct scan they do to check if that is the problem and then the removal if it is the problem..I would not wait to long to get it checked...It can rupture and that is not good
