Yech, spammers. Anyways, in answer to your question, maybe your husband could use the vibrator on you? There are also fun little toys out there.... Try http://erosboutique.Com (i think that's the link), and look for vibrating penis rings or something to that extent. They have ones with little nubs on top to stimulate your clitoris, and that might be your best bet.

Hi,
i think you should know your sexual points very well so you can let your husband know about them and he can stimulate them during your sexual play.

You just need to explore your body to find this sensitive spots.

I found a good articles about how to find your sexual spots.

Http://www.Womenhealthsite.Com/index.Sexua lhealth.Htm or try
http://www.Womenhealthsite.Com and click on sexual health button.

(for some reason the above link is coming up with capitals in some spots, just replace the capitals with lower case and the link works)

i think it is a great way to achieve orgasm when you are with your husband.

I agree. Communication is key here. I told my boyfriend when we started having sex exactly how I liked it. He practiced and now he's a pro. You just need to tell your husband what feels good for you and with some practice im sure he'll do just fine.

I'm not sure if this is the best thread for this, but I didn't find any threads in here about anorgasmia and wanted to share some info I stumbled upon. Definitely not saying it's a cure or will help anyone, but it's good to know as much as possible when looking for solutions.

It applies to women as well, as briefly noted in the following paragraph, and found in other articles I found while googling.

"""the amino acid histidine also is found in maca root in high amounts. This amino acid plays an often-overlooked but important role in sexual function: during ejaculation and orgasm. The body utilizes histidine to produce histamine, and histamine in the corpus cavernosum (penile erectile tissue) ultimately is responsible for the way ejaculations happen. Men suffering from premature ejaculation often show increased histamine activity; they may be helped by a simple antihistamine, or the amino acid methionine (which counteracts the formation of histamine from histidine). This is the same mechanism that explains a side effect of prescription antihistamines - aorgasmia (or the inability/difficulty to achieve an orgasm). Conversely, men and women having difficulties achieving orgasms may be helped by histidine supplementation - this may increase histamine levels in the sexual tract, which in turn make orgasms and ejaculations easier. An additional pro-sexual effect of histidine (as well as arginine) may lie in its vasodilating effect, increasing blood flow to the sex organs. Again, the significant, natural histidine content of maca may have played a role in the rat studies reporting a greater number of copulations. But it does make one wonder - is the benefit of additional copulations at the expense of shorter duration and/or premature ejaculation? Surely this subject is best suited for truly independent (and not product-sponsored) research."""

nobody has told you the real way to get an extreme delicious orgasm to the woman,,,just try this,,,follow this instructions,,...
1)the woman have to laid on one side and lift one leg wide and high,,exposing her vaginal area and her anal area.
2)the man have to hold her lifted leg on one of his shoulder,,and...
3) with his fingertips he will caress and tickle her anal hole and vaginal center area with a lubricant.
4)do that for a while until the woman is very wet and very desperate for intercourse
5)now the man can start penetrating the woman in her vagina slowly,,
but only penetrate the penis head in the vagina several times until she get wildly desperate to be penetrated with his full lenght penis "" do it!!!."
6)this is the most important step,,,,,ok,,,,now while penetrating her vagina,,,the man will tickle and caress her anal hole,,,,also the man can penetrate only one fingertip into her anal hole and unplugin it quickly.
7)by doing this the orgasm on her will be extremely delicious and unforgotable,,,,,she will be extremely hook on this way of having sex,,,that she will be wanting it everyday more and more.
