One of the ladies in my building gave me a gift basket of.....horseradish! Why, oh why are there so many varieties of horseradish? I hate the stuff anyway. The only thing i've ever seen anyone eat it on is beef... Confused Anyone have any recipes that actually make it taste good?

If you eat fish/shrimp/clams/stuff like that you can make a cocktail sause......Katsup (hahaha) and horseradish. Or you can get the mix and make it like that.

How many different kinds of horseradish sauses are there?

sorry, the only thing i've heard of having horseraddish with is roast beef, but I don't know anyone who actually likes it.

I mean when we served it as a dip with the yorkshire pudding & beef wrap I mentioned before people ate it. But, I don't actually know anyone who "likes" horseraddish. Confused
