A painful erection can’t be due to “dry sex” or “genital rubbing”. Rather, a painful erection can be due to an organic disorder of the penis such as fimosis. You should consult a urologist immediately about this problem.

Cholesttestoma
My son has had 30 procedures on his ear since birth. Including pe tubes, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy and removal of cholestestoma, and ear drum and inner ear bones have all been removed. Now it appears that the cholestestoma has reappeared. Is this normal? Is this dangerous? What is his prognosis?

Cholesttestoma answer
Prognosis

Even after careful microscopic surgical removal, 10% to 20% of cholesteatomas may recur, which then require follow-up checks and/or treatment.
