I'll be as polite as possible.
Male, caucasian, 45, heterosexual, in good health.
Recently, after deffocating and while wiping my rear, my penis has began ejecting semen. This does not happen every time, but it has happened on several occasions. I have a low amount of sexual activity (1-2 times monthly). Could this be an enlarged prostrate issue?
