What kind of exercises are they?
Do they have to do with the pc muscle or
perhaps the acoccygeal body (tailbone
muscle)?
I ask, because i'm learning more on this
myself. I've read many things about
exercising the pc, but also read that that
causes premature ejaculation. Strange,
because exercising it is often taught to
treat pe. Though, some sites state that
the exercises are taught improperly.
That's something i'll have to find. I've
been exercising the tailbone and find
contracting it during masturbation
definitely increases orgasmic feeling and
speed to which it's achieved. I can go
from feeling nothing, to contracting the
muscle and feeling very orgasmic. Problem
is I haven't been able to bring it to full
orgasm, nor am I able to separate it from
ejaculation. If I continue with orgasmic
contractions, ejaculation still results.
I've also seen some site about using sound
to achieve multiple orgasms. Too much to
research, I tell ya.
