Q: Male Multiple Orgasm

Hi there. I am a 23 year old male who has premature ejaculation problems. I have read a lot on the subject and think that the best solution to my problem would to become a multi-orgasmic male. It sounds like this will make me last longer and enjoy sex more while giving my partner greater satisfaction. I have the book "how to make love all night (and drive a woman wild)" by barbara keesling and I am practicing the exercises she recommends.

Has anyone had the same problem as me and fixed it by becoming multi-orgasmic. If so, how did you do it? And how long did it take?

Any advice would help.
Thanks!

My boyfriend can do that. If he tenses his pc muscles he can orgasm without ejaculating. So it is possible, but it may be one of those things some people can do, some people can't. Good luck, anyway!

Thanks fiona.
It's nice to hear from people not trying to sell you stuff that it is possible.

Heheheh... Nope... Nothin to sell ye!

Well the reason I suspect it may be one of those things some people can do and some people cant is cos he says he's always been able to do it, it didn't come about as a result of doing any kind of exercises. In fact, he pretty much does no exercise, so it may not be to do with muscle strength at all. The only thing he also said was he can do it by squeezing his legs together at the point of orgasm too.

So give it a shot. Maybe try out those exercises for a couple of months to see if you have any success. But dont feel so bad if it doesnt work for you.

Good luck

What kind of exercises are they?

Do they have to do with the pc muscle or perhaps the acoccygeal body (tailbone muscle)?

I ask, because i'm learning more on this myself. I've read many things about exercising the pc, but also read that that causes premature ejaculation. Strange, because exercising it is often taught to treat pe. Though, some sites state that the exercises are taught improperly. That's something i'll have to find. I've been exercising the tailbone and find contracting it during masturbation definitely increases orgasmic feeling and speed to which it's achieved. I can go from feeling nothing, to contracting the muscle and feeling very orgasmic. Problem is I haven't been able to bring it to full orgasm, nor am I able to separate it from ejaculation. If I continue with orgasmic contractions, ejaculation still results.

I've also seen some site about using sound to achieve multiple orgasms. Too much to research, I tell ya.

I have been trying to become multi-orgasmic because of my premature ejaculation. I have found that I can stop myself from ejaculating using my PC, but i still experience the refractory where I can't stay hard. I thought the point of being multi-orgasmic was that you stay hard after you ejaculate. Any thoughts? I will continue practicing to see what's going on.

I agree with fiona as I have also know guys who could be multi-orgasmic through the tenses his pc muscles so that he can orgasm without ejaculating.

multiple...
I've thought about this too. The trouble is if you can't stop ejaculating early, or just squeeze so tight you have a retrograde ejaculation, the game's over anyway.

I have done it a couple of times, almost by accident, and the trick is to clench early - too late and you ejaculate (be it forwards or backwards) and go soft. If you clench early it brings on the orgasm but you can stop the PC relaxing and clenching again and again, which will mean ejaculation. I see it as the same goal as relaxing the PC i.e. stop it clenching, because if you hold it up tight early it also can't clench. You have an orgasm which then fades and you can carry on.

I've only done this alone though! I want to be able to do it in future, but right now I'm going OK with relaxing the PC so I'm really focussing on that. But I'm interested if anyone else with PE manages it!

the problem I've been encountering is that I am able to orgasm without ejaculation, but i still go soft afterwards. Maybe I'm having a retrograde ejaculation as Jimmster says? I will continue to practice being multi-orgasmic by myself and with my partner. And I will take Jimmsters advice and try holding my PC earlier but I'm not sure how much longer I can hold it for (the urge to let my PC relax and ejaculate is ridiculous ha) and having a strong PC is obviously very important so hopefully as I continue to work my PC it will become so strong that it won't be easy to clench it when the time comes. It does take a lot of control but if I can get to the point where I can clench my PC at the right time so I stay erect after I orgasm I believe will be a pivotal day in my life. From what I've read this sees like a real possibility and I hope to share my success with you guys soon.
