As part of my therapy my pshycologist has suggested removing my safety devices and this site is considered one of them. So from today onwards I will not be accessing this site.

Thanks to all of you and I wish you all the best.

When I am totally recovered I will come back here anf tell you all the pshycology is the way to go!!

Good for you bek. I had to do the same thing with my cell phone etc and it really does work if you work at the exercises like the thought countering stuff like the tea form etc. I think you are on the right track now :d
