So up until about 6 months ago, I was perfectly sexually healthy. Everything was working fine. But something has happened since then. I'm still very sexually active in the sense that I want to have sex, but I have to work at it to achieve an erection. By the time I have a full erection, i'm already about to ejactulate. I'm only 17 years old.

I've read that a common cause of ed is lack of nitric oxide, and that supplements such as ginseng can really help. Should I try it?

It would be a good decision to clear up the cause of you erectile problems and see a doctor before taking any supplement. There are many different factors that can affect sexual function. Elimination of possible causes may help to resolve your problems.

Take a look at the list of possible causes of ed: http://www.Originaldrugs.Com/health-librar y/sexual-dysfunction.Shtml
