Q: Suggestions

So ladies,

i made part of my resolutions to make my body really healthy for conceiving.

I've dropped drinking pop and started prenatals. I would like your suggestions for making myself ready physically, and for getting pregnant (other than the obvious) like techniques and stuff.

It's pretty embarrassing and i'm sure some of you might think i'm stupid, but i'm really tight, and my husband has a really hard time getting in when we have sex. We use lubrication, but even then it's kinda hard. Do you have suggestions for that? I'm so freakin embarrassed about it that it makes me cry. How am I ever going to get prego.

The vagina is naturally felxible and is supposed to stretch to accomodate any penis (it can take a baby coming out of it after all)

it sounds like there could be something more to what you are desribing as a tight vagina, you might want to reserach into vaginismus.

I have no suggestions for tightness other than lube. Physically speaking, I recommend exercise. Your pregnancy has a better chance of going smoothly for you if you are in shape before you get pregnant, plus i've read that it makes labor easier. I wish that I had been in shape before I got pregnant. I might have had less problems...

I'm thinking it might have to do with me being extremely inexperienced. Both of us actually. I think part of it is fear of it hurting. Confused
