If it came up within the time limit (10mins) and the test line is pink (even though faint) then it's a postive test.

Yes it has been about 4-5 minutes now. The second line is like bright/dark pink and the 1st like is a very faint light pink

Any line at all is an indication of the pregnancy hormone being detectable at the level that would indicate pregnancy.
If you want to see a good dark line, try testing in a few days with first morning urine.

Well I went and bought another test and it said that I wasnt prego. So that sucks

I bought theat clear blue easy test...The one that says pregnant or not pregnant. I just dont get it. Im bummed. Why would the 1st two show two lines and then the 3rd say not pregnant????

The digitals aren't as sensitive as the regular ones. Try again with a first response in the morning!

Iirc first response early result has a detection level of 25miu/l while the clear blue easy digital has a detection level of 50miu/l meaning the first response can detect as little as half the amount the clear blue can.

Also blue dye tests (as what the strip in the clear blue is) are not as accurate as the pink dye tests (as found in the first response).

It is possible that the first test gave an evap line but evaps are not pink (usually more greyish or clear) and not as wide as the control line and do not show up within the time limit.

False negatives are common
false positives are very very rare

test again in a few days when your level of hcg has had a chance to increase.
If you still get a negative then see your doctor for a blood test.

It is also possible to have a chemical pregnancy that shows up faint on a pregnancy test but the lines do not get darker over a period of several days and then to get a negative test.
It's not common but it is possible.

I used that same test but the first line was the darker the second was faint but still there , I took it when I was 1 day late with my period, def the line there, I dont think its common to get a false posotive. I was more then a week late with my son and the lines were dark and came up asap lol I was about 6 wks along when I found out with my son and only 4 wks and soem days with my daughter, so I would say its posotive

Well everyone...I just took another test and im def. Pregnant!!! It was with another one of the clear blue easy tests. It said prego. Yay!! Im excited. Thanks for yalls help and support
