I'm really out in the dark on this one, I really don't know whats going on and its getting to be quite annoying. In my left ear, every few minutes i'll get what feels like a low frequency vibration inside. It reminds me of years ago when I first started working out, I would get small muscle spasms on occasion in my muscles from overtraining. This seems similar, but its inside my ear which I don't understand.. And I haven't had any such symptoms for a very long time. It actually sound/feels like somethings inside there moving around which is a disturbing thought. Not exactly sure what's going on. Any ideas at all?? Much appreciated, thanks for reading!

I Have Something Similar
Actually its the same. I have a lot of ear problems with the cause being unknown but i'm pretty sure what ur experiencing is the muscular contractions. Tensor tympani myoclonus I think its called. I use to get it after coughing or bending down and now it happens occasionally for no reason at all. Look it up. U might b surprised. Hope that helps
