Could This Be Realted to Stress/anxiety?
Posted: 12-30-06 11:00am

Hi all, i'm new to this site and i'm so glad i've found it! I posted this in another forum thinking it might be related to something else but then came on here and realised that ike many symptoms I have had before that this 'new' one could be related also to stress and anxiety.

A bit of background about myself first so please bare with me. I'm 31 and after giving birth to my second child 4 years ago I developed post natal depression which wasn't like usual pnd as I had constant anxiety and panic attacks thinking something was wrong with me all the time and thinking I was going to die and that every ache/pain I had was realted to cancer or heart disease e.T.C as a result I was sent for various tests. It took me 2 years to stop the 24 hour panic attacks with help from anti depressents.

5 weeks ago , I gave birth to my 3rd child and a little over a week ago I developed an ache ( almost stinging ) under my right ribs 2wards the middle not to the side. It doesn't really aches when resting and I can only feel it if I bend or press the area in. As a felloew health worrier I have started to think liver cancer or something as equally life threatening. But just reading about the symptoms of anxiety and stress on here is it possible for this ache to be caused by this? Has anyone had this before?

I will , however, mention it to my dr at my post natal check but just wondred if anyone else had suffered the same?

Thank you so very much for reading and taking your time to reply if you can help!
