Q: Is Tetanus injection safe in pregnancy?

i just stepped on a thumb tack. to my horror when i pulled it out it was rusty. I am four and a half months pregnant. Will a tetanus shot hurt the baby???

It doesn't seem likely that anti-tetanus shot (vaccine or serum) can hurt the baby.
