Its good to see thats you are going to the doctor to rule out any medical conditions. But seems to me this is anxiety. I also too get the yawning a lot. Its from how we breathe we breathe faster when we have anxiety so it causes us to yawn. ( I read it somewhere) and with the pains yes I get random pains too like you. The bubbling I get in my legs sometimes they ar just muscle spasms because your muscles are tense.
Feeling like you want to cry all the time happens to me too!
Hope this helps sort of

To tell you the truth I will never take any medication. I think it just makes things worse. People complain about side effects then all the withdrawls after you stop taking it would create even more anxiety. Just talk to your doctor about relaxation tips. They do help but not over night. It takes practice day after day just like learning to ride a bike. Its a long road but you will reach recovery. Many of us have and you will too. You just have to believe in yourself. Its hard but you can do it, just read many posts on this website many people are dealing with the same thing as you. It might make you feel a little better. Just remeber they are just symptoms they can't harm the body in any way. Its just our bodys natural defense against fear is a little out of wack. So when you feel nervous I know it sucks but it won't hurt you at all. You won't have a heart attack, you won't go crazy and you won't die
stick in there. Im here if you need to talk

Although the symptoms you listed are very familiar to me, and I have anxiety, it is good to go to the doctor to rule out health problems, and to reasure yourself that you are fine. One thing I will tell you though is that anxiety can cause inumerable amounts of symptoms, that can be reasuring and not so reasuring at the same time. The reasuring part is that so many symptoms come from anxiety, i've had every one of the above that you've listed. When you go to the doctor, get tested for anxiety, because if you have it there is possible treatments to make you feel a lot better. Good luck! Feel better! You can do it!

i also have a lot of anxiety sometimes, it's sometimes due to some eating problems I have. So I try to minimize them, it's not easy, but it's possible... And no, I never took meds, I think they'll only make things worse...

hi vel, your question about “nausea and headaches” its good to see that you are going to the doctor to rule out any medical complications. But it seems to me that this is a case of anxiety. I know people personally who have suffered due to this problem but I guess not everyone would understand the challenges till faced with similar circumstances. Anyways, I did a bit of research and found an article which says “anxiety can lead to over-stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system. It manifests by the physical symptoms such as a racing heartbeat, sweating and trembling, and psychological symptoms such as restlessness, insomnia and difficulty in concentrating”.
Regards, leena

I totally agree
For the past 3 weeks I have had extreme nausea, stomach pains, muscle pains, lower back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, spinning sensation when lying down, dizziness, light headedness, pains in my arms and fingers, pains down my legs and groin area and a bloated upper stomach. Do you think that this could be anxiety? I have always been a very nervous person and am constantly worrying that I may have to go into hospital or am going to die etc. I am only 16, but have had the nausea for about 4 years, but it has never been this bad. Doctors have tried since then to find out what is wrong but cannot. Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance.

Slow heart beat, feeling faint
Has anyone experienced these symptoms as a result of anxiety? I was in a meeting, standing for a while in a hot room, and was feeling very panicky. I then felt very hot and nauseous and my heart rate slowed down to a scary beat and I got completely pale. My PCP said this was a vasovagal attack, and not to worry--he ran an EKG and it was normal. I then had this feeling again at home, and my doc is asking me to come in for more tests. I'm freaking out!!!

Hi : I suffer from anxiety for he last year and a half,it sucks having these symptoms but like everyone says it won't hurt you. I am on effexor, a really low dose (37.5mg). Just recently in the past week all my symptoms came back, nausia, restlessness, extreme nervousness, tingling sensations, chest pain (right and left side) feels like a heart attack, numbness, tight chest, feels like I have a hard time breathing, dizziness, heart races, tired all the time, not feeling normal, there is a few more but you get the idea. Anyway I just wanted everyone to know that you will survive, just close your eyes in a quiet room sitting on a couch or something, breathe deeply in thru your nose and out thru your mouth and tell yourself that everything is gonna be alright. See if that helps, it works for me.
