For now AIDS can’t be cured. AIDS is the final stage of the HIV-infection. People with an HIV-infection who haven’t developed AIDS yet can live a very long time (more than 10 years) when using anti-retrovirus therapy . But people who already developed AIDS, even with therapy, ususally don't live more than 2-3 years.
