I'm on the pill, do I continue the pill when im on my period, or stop it until my flow stops?

Keep taking your pill as usual!

Any bleeding you have while on the 'active' pills is not a 'period', it is called breakthorugh bleeding. The only 'period' you get is the 'placebo week'.

If you stop your pills early you will lose birth control protection.
