Hi all,
can a line manager whom nolonger manages
me make a referal for me to see the
company's mental health advisor without my
knowledge?
If this is correct can I request a copy of
the actual referal made?

Although i'm not an expert in labor law
for the uk, it seems reasonable that any
manager could refer you for medical help,
and that you could also ask for evidence
of such a referral. Are you open to
receiving help from a mental health
counselor?
