Whats up guys...I was wondering if anybody has been experiencing really weird tmj symptoms. I was diagnosed about a month ago after nearly losing my mind. Next week my tmj doctor is going to be putting in an orthotic device that I will have to wear for about ten months. However my symptoms have been a little different than everybody else's. My jaw actually doesn't hurt that bad...It seems that my jaw is the only thing that doesn't hurt. I've been having horrible pain in my neck back, especially lower back, chest, shoulders and arms. Also, my ring and pinky fingers on my left hand have been numb for about 4 months now. I just wanted to know if anybody has symptoms like these from tmj. It feels like my body just collapsed over night a few months ago, and I haven't been able to get it back. All this has been too much for me. I am only 19 but I feel like i'm 119. It sucks!!! Also, I would like to maybe read some success stories if anybody has them. I guess it would be nice to have some hope left that maybe i'll get back to normal. Thanks for any input!
