Question: I don't know what is wrong with me. Recently I have started feeling light headed/dizzy fairly often and I also get a weird pain in my arm/wrist. It feels like someone is pinching it. Sometimes the pain will last for hours, it is not strong, but it is a bit annoying.

Also, I do not smoke, drink or do drugs, I am not really athletic, I get a decent amount of sleep and I do not have a real medical history.

(hope that helped)

I think the dizziness is unrelated to the wrist pain. It can be for really a number of reasons, so you might want to give a little more back ground or post in other sections of the forum where you think you might have related symptoms (like pregnancy is something in which people would experience dizziness for example).

I think the wrist pain is carpal tunnel syndrome, so I am going to copy your message over there so that people there will be able to help you out on that.
