Tops of feet, cafes and less so but including up to the thigh, has sores that look like bites, skin is dry and scaly and at time is like a white membranes are peeling off. They are extremely itchy, much worst at night. When scratched turns red and hot and get bigger surrounding a white fluid. Later it fills with water (body fluid). If scratched it scars and if not scratched it turn into a dark spot. This has been going on for a year now. Have seen two dr's. They have made a paste and told to apply it. All it does is stop the itching for a little while but not kill, cure or stop the condition. This is also effecting the hands and forarms....

Please any help would be greatful, if pictures help I have them,, also if race is a factor it's asian...
