Q: Please Help! Superficial Spreading Melanoma Vs Superficial B

Does anyone know the difference. I had my biopsy on wednesday, but they wont have the results until the 27th. In the meantime, I am trying to prepare myself and the lesion on my bac resembles pics I have found of both superficial spreading melanoma and basal cell carcinoma, but I cant tell how to differentiate between the two. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
