Hi ladies. Just wondering...I've done research on the depo and tried to find out what drugs could reduce the effectiveness of it. So far, I haven't really seen anything on penicillin which was just prescribed to me yesterday for strep throat. However, I have heard that antibiotics do reduce the effectiveness. I just wanted to know if anyone knows about this and if they could confirm my findings. Also if it does have an effect, can I get pregnant while on the penicillin or can I get pregnant too after I go off of it...I'm not too concerned about back-up protection 'cuz after my fiance' found out I have strep throat, he doesn't even want to be near me! What a guy...Anyways...Just asking. Any advice is deeply appreciated...Just in case my fiance' disregards his disgusts..=)..
