I was just googling some random stuff and came across this site. Www.Byedr.Com. The weird thing is it has published on it all threads made on here,.E.V.E.N ones that have been deleted. I thought you girls should know because pictures you are posting on here are being published on another site and i'm sure as hell not comfortable with that and don't think you girls would be either... If you google it like this, byedr.Com (your user name), you will see it come up with posts you have posted in and made. I tried it with some of your girl's user names, for example, I tried byedr.Com melissa_20 and it came up with a post where claudia had posted pictures. When I did byedr.Com tanyaface it only came up with two posts I had made but when I googled byedr.Com (words that I had used in titles or in the posts) it came up with those too. One was an entire thread I made with pictures that had been deleted from ehealth, but it was on there. I was weirded out... And I thought you girls should know. I don't think I will be posting anymore pictures on here because I had up until now felt even when I did I still had control over the pictures, but knowing that all this time they had been on some other site I didn't even know about is more than just a little creepy. Eeeek.

Okay, why the f*ck are our posts on some other site? Along with our pictures? I don't understand what good they would be! Especially our off-topic posts like belly pics and whatnot.

That's just disgusting and creepy.

It doesn't show pictures you took the codes out for on here, but I still thought it was creepy for people who leave pictures up.

Not like it even has to have pictures to be bad. I still feel invaded, in a way, that things i've said on here have been on there the whole time.

Are our posts copyrighted at all? I mean, not copyrighted, but you know, property of ehealth or something? Can they just steal entire posts and host them as their own material without permission from ehealth?

*edited to add*

looking back over that site, it looks like mister "byedr" speaks in broken english. They aren't even sure if their content contains copyrighted material. They said if it does, to contact them and they will remove it. what! So they have no idea/control over what they're posting as their own stuff?

I think we should band together and assault this fool with emails demanding he remove our posts from his flipping site.

I looked to see if there was anything saying it was afflicted with ehealth in any way and didn't find anything. I might make a new account on ehealth and actually read the terms to see what it says about the whole copyright issues. On that site under our posts it says it's "copyright 2006 byedr.Com". I e-mailed the site and asked to have stuff by me removed... Let's see what happens.

How is it even legal to do that?

Byedr.Com@gmail.Com

there's the contact for anyone else who wants to make a sh*t about it. (we all should!)

I was thinking of doing the same tanya when I read your post. Let me know how it goes bcuz that was seriously disturbing. I'm glad I delete my pictures from the image hosting site now. But the fact that that post gives access to my yahoo pics is creepy, i'm going to restrict access to my yahoo photos tonight.

Okay. It does say on the site if they are notified about any copyrighted stuff they will remove it immediately. I wrote saying I would be notifying ehealth if it wasn't removed right away. Let's see if they listen! How can they not have control about the authenticity of their content...?

Yeah i've always been a bit concerned about who can access my imagecave.Com because if you quote someone you can see their user name at imagecave and look through their folders... And I put pictures in there not only for ehealth but for myspace and xanga too and it's weird that people can see those pictures even if I didn't directly post them on the source they got my imagecave user name from. Maybe i'll just delete everything completely.

Does anyone know if someone can get an ip addy from a pm on this website? I know once I posted belly pictures and someone pm-ed me about them (instead of posting in the thread) asking questions about me and the baby and stuff. I thought that was weird, especially since they weren't a user I had had any type of contact with before, and wondered if they could see an ip addy from a pm, and of course, didn't respond, for incase they could.

I do think she said her mom was visiting though, so maybe she'll check in before she goes to bed if she hasn't already? She'll know what to do about this tool. I think she'd have a better shot at getting admin's attention too.

None of my pictures should be working now, besides my avatar. God this is flippin' scary. How many other sites have done this, do you think?

That's what I was thinking... I was thinking "what other sites is our stuff one?". Kia was the first person I thought of! I pm-ed her before I did anything else.
