Hello, I am 25 years old woman married
since 4 years , I have problem and I need
some help from expert people, I have very
less sexual life with my husband and we
have no reasonable reason for that, I
guess he is addicted to masturbation but
still I am not sure, hwo can I be sure
that he dosnt like to do sex with partner

Hello there, I am studying to be a
psychotherapist currently, although I am
not a professional, I might have some
insight into your relationship issue.
Masturbation while being in a relationship
like marriage usually has some sort of
reason, either he is not sexually excited
enough with you his partner(this is not a
reason to divorce more or less change your
"game plan"), this could be do to some
sort of need for a fulfillment of a sexual
desire, or maybe he is unhappy with
something and uses it as a way to relax,
with out the need of pleasing someone
else. Because I do not know all of the
things surrounding this, I cannot say what
it is, all I can say is talk to him before
you go seeing a doctor about his
masturbation problem. Maybe if you feel
that his masturbating is taking from your
intercourse, maybe try new sexual
positions ask him what his fantasies are
and roll play a little, it is so common
for young couples to loose they're sexual
drive after 4-6 years of marriage, thats
when its time to revamp your game plan and
try some new kinky stuff lol.
if it did there would sure be a lot of

Basically, there is nothing wrong with
masterbating, its a very healthy thing to
do and to be honest those who said it
causes blindness are just yanking your
chain, this is a very normal and healthy
thing to do and that "warm" feeling your
talking about, everyone gets it, you will
learn to love it
but basically, theres nothnig wrong with
you, and just masterbate the way you want
to, dont take tips from friends,
masterbation is ment to be a private and
personal enjoyment, if anyone says
anything about you because they have
either found out or think you masterbate,
dont take them seriously, cuz' chances
are...They do it too!
Semen contains a rather large
concentration of Zinc and low Zinc can
lead to blindness in a severe case. Good
news is that while the concentration is
high it is in no way enough to cause
blindness.
