Hi , i'am 17years old , and i'am 186cm long , and I would like to know how I can get my self longer ? About 5cm ? Please anybody help me , it is very important to me ;( thanks , and sorry for my language

Do you mean taller??? If oyu want to be tall at 17 years of age you have got to work fast at about the age of 18 -21 you stop growing oyu have ot eat alot of protein( protein is healing and development) I suggest you workout and eat lots of protein.
