Q: Microgynon 30 Side Effects

i have just started my first packet of microgynon 30 pills after being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian disease.And I have been having a wierd discharge as soon as the third day after I started taking the pills.This is a yellowish discharge with a distincnt odor.It itches and has made my privates swollen.It is also very painful when I have intercourse.It's a horrible burning sensation.Can you tell me if this is normal please!!!!!
