I can not stand this!! For the past week I have been very anxious, my bp goes up like nothing so does my heartrate, I dont know what to do anymore. Im 23 years old I should not have to be going thru this. I'm just sitting here and get a weird feeling in my tummy or a hot flas on the right side of my face. Then I start thinking its my bp. Can someone please educate me a little more on this gad crap?.. Confused Shocked Rolling Eyes Crying or Very sad

Read through this forum and as many websites as you can about anxiety, read book and get to know it like you know yourself. Then you can accept it and try and find ways to deal with it. It is hard and you will have bad days, but you create the symptoms so the sooner you realise it and accept the ssymptoms the sooner they will get less confronting.
I am trying this and it seems to work - I have good and bad days, because there are days when you just can not accept that anxiety can make you feel like this. Sometime some of us need medication at the start just to help us deal with the symptoms. This might me an option. I have xanax .25mg to use as needed - I use them very rarely but it is good to have them incase things get to bad

Bek Thanks For the Response
I have read on alot of sites and I purchased a book as well. It had helped alot, but it just seems to come back. I concern alot with the whole bp issue, when I get excited or nervous my blood pressure goes up, and it freaks me out....Does this ever happen to you??
