Gad sufferer and I have been having trouble dealing with reality....I keep thinking of the universe and how it never ends and about reality and its been freeking me out and putting me into a wierd state of mind...Anyways im just worried that if I keep thinking like this I will go completely insane...And its weird I can't stop thinking about it..I was wondering if a physiatrist will help me iv'e never really talked to anyone about my problems and I have tried everything to get this gad out of my head..If anyone could respond that would be awsome thanks.
