How far along are you?

I felt the first movements in between 16-18wks,
but it's different for everyone!
Most of them did feel like fluttering &butterflies.
But some felt like bubbles &bumps &nudges.

Now my son just abuses me in there.
Enjoy the ticklies while you can, lol!

It felt like I had to fart, and most of the time I did.

At 18 weeks I started feeling what I could tell was the baby for sure.

I had trouble distinguishing the difference between gas and movement at first. It was usually gas. I guess I never felt the butterflies. Jus tbonafide movement at 20 weeks.

Fetal Movement at 20 Weeks
Mine doesn't really feel like butterflies. I am 20 weeks pregnant and mine felt like nudging or pushing in my belly. I definitely have the gas problem too but i'm concerned that this isn't my baby at all because everyone else feels fluttering and thats not how i would describe it at all.

11 weeks is really early to feel movement, and yes some people do mistaken it for a kick or a punch or other movement of the baby, when in fact it was just gas.
and most would say this is gas, because of the fact that you are 11 weeks pregnant, dispite the fact that you have 9 other children and on to the 10th pregnancy.
and since you had just finished eating something, like ice cream which is dairy and gives most people gas after eating it, because we all are a little lactose intolorant, i would think that it was more like gasy fluttering feelings.

but if you think or know it was a movment of the baby, well hey thats great. but maybe when you get to 20 weeks, and feel more activity of the baby like kicking and punching and all, think back to now at 11 weeks, and determine whether it was just gas, or the same feeling as at 20weeks
