Q: Yeast Infection

I am a raw foodist (of 11 months) and have recently started taking red star nutritional yeast to make sure I am getting vitamin b12. I have also recently developed a vaginal yeast infection. I am in very good health, eat a very healthy diet with no processed food and no unnatural sugar, and exercise. I am wondering if it is possible for the nutritional yeast to be the cause of the yeast infection...Perhaps I am taking too much.

Hey, perhaps you found your answers many moons ago.... But I would think yes! I'm not familar with this yeast you're taking, but you can get your b from seaweed! And personally, when I was a raw sun foodist, I relied on my food alone for nutrician. And as a raw foodist, in my beliefs...It defeats the purpose to take pills or anything outside of food. Especially if it's cooked.

Besides, one of the rewards of being a raw sun foodist (eating only raw fruits, veggies, nuts and grains....Being vegan only) it cures and prevents bad health.

*cure for yeast infections- however, the cure for yeast infections is to sunbathe in the nude! Allow direct sunlight into your vaginia!!!!

Hey, there are a couple very good books out there..."natures first law" and "sun food success diet system".

The way david wolfe explains it...After x (?) amount of months living as a (vegan) raw sun foodist, your body will natually make the vitiman you're depleted from from when one ate cooked foods. So in other words...You can basically live on one or two fruits, pretty much after x amount of time. I don't have my book with me to exactly explaine it and my facts may be off a little, but I certainly remember that part about your own body being able to live without certain vitimans or your body "magicaly" creates them over time.

*it"s important to understand that those whom live on a cooked food diet require different measures/vitimans than a raw sun foodist!!!!!

But I hope you're also acknowledged that it's extremely important to also draw in energy from the sun!! As in a medative type of way. And I would avoid all root veggies.
