So I just started the pills and ive decided to take them every night at 10. Ive been really good so far about taking them right at ten, but tonight I feel asleep and didnt wake up until 10:50 and then took it right away. Does an hour really make a difference? Like I knwo u can miss up to one pill and be ok right? How important is time and getting it right at ten.. Thanks!

You do have leeway..

You are not considered 'missing' a pill until you are 12 hours late, this is what many gynos go by.

This does not mean you should be careless everyday and miss your pill by hours, this just means that on that rare occasion you are okay.
