i am 22 year old my penis size is 5" and i
want to improve the size please tell me
someting about it specially some exercises
and some time of food which may help me to
increase the size plz help me yours

5 inches (about 13 cm) of length in the
penis seems good enough for sexual
intercourse because only the first third
of women’s vagina is sensitive to touch.
Sexual technique and duration of sexual
intercourse are more important for
satisfying the woman than the size of the
penis. There are no exercises or food
that will help you to increase your
