Hey,

i'm 25 years old, and have never had any problems with my legs or back, but for just over a week now i've been experiencing a strange pain / strained muscle feeling in my thighs and lower back. It's constant although it eases when I move around, which means during the day it's usually not too bad, but gives me a lot of trouble when trying to sleep or relax. Keeping me up for hours. When I roll over in bed, it eases, but quickly comes back.

Any ideas of what could be causing this or how to get rid of it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

ray

When I was in high school, I started having a lot of lower back pain but and .I.V.P, an .M.R.I, and several doctors' visits couldn't explain why. Finally, they discovered that my biceps femoris muscles (one of three muscles that make up the "hamstring" muscle group) was too tight. My physical therapist taught me a series of stretches and exercises to do, and i've been pain free ever since!

I don't know if this helps at all or not, but hopefully it may give you a clue. Smile
