Anxiety and Stress Forum

I suffer from hypocondriac, anxiety disorder. I don't take any medicines. I was just wondering if this is a symptom.. For the past 4 months I have had tingling sensations in my face and hands. Both sides. Kinda feels like ice water in your veins. Does anyone else have this? Is this just a freaky anxiety symptom?
