Hi, I have a history of diabetes in my
family on both sides, so that's why I have
been particularly disturbed about a sore
on the side of my foot that just won't go
away. I noticed it about a month and a
half ago. For a couple of weeks I put it
off as a corn, but it has started to sting
a little when I touch it. It is dark
around the outer portion of it and in the
middle it sort of dimples. Could this be
the beginning of a boil in your opinion?
Or maybe as simple as a cut I failed to
notice.
Sincerely ,

I don,t want to alarm you, but the sore
should definitely be checked out by your
doctor right away. One of the
complications of diabetes is sores that
don,t go away, plus it being dark around
the outer edges, please get it checked as
soon as possible. Sharon
