Decided on a name for my girl!

Sophia Smile

it's not even in the top 100 popular list for england. Spelt .Sofia its number 96. Sophie is number 3. So I can refer to her as .Sophia from now on instead of just...She/her/baby lol

any middle name ideas plz?

nothing beginning with a "t" Shocked you really do not want .S.T.D for initials

Mm hmm! I love .Sophia. My husband hated it though, so it was vetoed off our list. Sad

it's such a feminine name! Sophia .Marie flows very well together! I'm not so keen on .Laney, though.

Lol i've got to say I like .Sophie too....But .I'm probably a bit biased lol. Would you call her .Sophie fpr short? On my birth certificate my name is .Sophie, but ever since I can remember everyone has called me .Sophie. <3

Yeh sophie and soph for short Wink

someone said that I should spell it sofia with an 'f' instead of 'ph' because it will be easier for a younger child to understand the spelling and sound. I like it better sophia Confused But do you think thats a good point?

She'll only be a small child for a few years. She'll be an adult for most of her life. Wink

It'll help her understand that those 2 letters together, ph, sound like f.

Don't worry about it. Kids learn fast!

I hate "ph" names spelled with an "f" it just looks to me like the parent couldn't spell (no offence to any one lol)

names like stephanie are just wrong spelled stefanie.
Sophie/sophia is wrong spelled sofie/sofia (plus it looks like sofa)
