Q: Tick bite

My bog had a tick and I removed it a couple of days after I noticed some bumps on him they looked like a pimple or what could be the head of the tick.I poped it and a whiteish spot came out.I had been itchy for a couple of days but i didn't see no bugs on me or spots.Its been almost a week that I found is tick and now the it chis unbearable and the sores are getting badI have not gotton a tick that Ihave seen.I have noticed a pimple like sore with a black dot or I have mistaken them for new freckleswell I tried to pop one cauase it looked that it needed to be plus it was really itchy a tiny nlack thing came out it looked drieed up and dead but it wasn't.Is this a tick and how do I get ride them?

According to your description of itching and sore pimples (you didn’t tell the location) it doesn’t seem likely that you are hosting a tick. If you had a tick ,you could see it. Ticks can be easily seen when present because only their head is inserted into the skin; the body remains outside of the skin. Additionally, the place where the tick inserts itself usually swells and is red due to an allergic reaction or secondary infection. You can first consult your primary health doctor and then, perhaps, seek a recommendation for a dermatologist.
