Q: Hard Lump In Soft Lump

Well my right testi is fine, nothing wrong but my left one is just weird most of it is covered in a soft lump that is close to the tube in that soft lump I find a hard lump then I always have a dull ache

i have a lump that came in like a week ago, its a hard lumo then i recently, today got another on on the right side of my head right behind my ear. these lumps do not hurt unless u aplly pressure on them, i have been recently stress, but i dont know whats the cuse of things, i have minor chest pains and alot of things going on
